Book a demo

Bring a plate file. We’ll run it while you watch.

Walk through import, plate mapping and analysis with us. If you have a synthetic or anonymised reader export, we can check it before the call.

Tell us a little first

Your name, work email and organisation are required. Everything else is optional. Requesting a demo creates no subscription or payment commitment. We will email you to arrange a time.

What kind of organisation is it? (optional)

Please leave out patient data, passwords and confidential research details. Synthetic examples are enough for this enquiry.

What you send goes to Ligara Ltd (registered in England and Wales, number 17462687) and is used only to answer your enquiry. It reaches us by email through Cloudflare and Resend, and is retained in our Microsoft 365 mailbox and the providers’ delivery systems. Processing can involve the United States. Email info@ligara.org directly to avoid the form delivery service. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Full detail in the privacy notice, and the vendors are named on subprocessors.

What happens next

You send a file

An export from your reader — anonymised or a training plate is completely fine. We will tell you before the call whether it parses today.

We run it

Ahead of the call, so we are not debugging your file on your time. If something does not parse, you find out from us rather than discovering it in a demo.

Your data on screen

Review the import, plate map, curve and fitted parameters, then see where the result is stored. Ask questions as we go.

Agree the next step

We’ll discuss access, deployment and commercial terms for your team before you start using Ligara.

What we do with what you send

Files you send for a demo are used for that demo and deleted afterwards unless you ask us to keep them in your workspace. They are not used to train anything, and they are never shown to anyone else. If you would rather send synthetic or anonymised data, that works just as well for seeing the pipeline.

After your enquiry

A member of the team will reply to arrange the demo. Enquiries are not added to an automated marketing sequence.

Other enquiries

Other ways we can help

Academic access

Tell us your institution, group size and research workflow. We’ll discuss individual or lab access and confirm the arrangements with you.

Pricing and access terms are to be confirmed.

Security and procurement

Start with the security page, which sets out the isolation model and, just as importantly, what we have not built. If you still need a questionnaire completed or a written position, ask.

We can discuss outstanding requirements before you begin an evaluation.

An instrument we don’t parse

Send three representative exports from the reader. We will tell you honestly whether the generic parser already handles it or whether it needs a format written, and what that would cost.

See pricing and access; scope and costs are to be confirmed.

Reporting a security issue

Please report it privately rather than publicly, with reproduction steps and your view of the impact. We will acknowledge it and tell you when the fix ships.

There is no paid bounty programme.

Migrating existing data

Tell us the volumes early — how many runs, how many compounds, what they are stored in now. If the archive is large enough to need engineering work, you should hear that before you buy, not after.

Quoted on scope.

Everything else

Partnerships, press, a question the site did not answer, or telling us something on it is wrong. We welcome corrections.
